Nick Beecher

Nicholas is a Melbourne-based baritone originally from Leeton, NSW. He is currently studying a Master of Music (Opera Performance) at the Melbourne Conservatorium of Music after previously obtaining a Bachelor of Music from the Australian National University. Studying under the guidance of Stephen Grant and Jane Davidson, Nicholas’ recent performances include Demetrius in ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’ (2022), Barabashkin in ‘Melbourne, Cheremushki’ (2023), Scientist 2 in ‘The Grumpiest Boy in the World’ (2023) Drozdov in ‘The Gilt-Edged Kid’ (2023), Papageno in 'Die Zauberflöte' (2023), Bob in 'The Old Maid and the Thief' (2024) and Mr Waa in 'Parrwang Meets the Sky' (2024).
